Sunday, January 6th, 2007 - Annual Holiday Seminar Meeting
Earl Verbeek, curator of the Sterling Hill Mining Museum as well as the Thomas S. Warren Museum of Fluorescence, is our guest speaker. Dr Verbeek is also director of the Sterling Hill Institute of Geosciences.
Doors open at 4:00 PM. A cash bar is available. Dinner seating starts at 5:00 PM
As always, there will be door prizes. The cost is $18.00 per adult and $7.00 for children and $23 for non-members. Please send the completed linked form along with payment to Bob Burke or Pat Hackett's address.

east or west:
Take exit 7 which becomes the route 7 north connector. Take the first exit,
number 11, get into the middle lane going down the ramp and turn left at the
light at the end of the ramp. Turn right at the second traffic light onto
Federal Road. In exactly one mile you will see a sign for Franco Ristorante on
your right.

Appetizer - Penne Filletto di Pomodoro - fresh plum tomatoes, shallots, garlic, basil, and olive oil, with a touch of parmesan cheese, or soup of the day.
Salad - Mixed Green Garden Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Veal Marsala - thin, tender Medallions of Veal sauteed with shallots and mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce
Chicken Piccata - tender Breast of Chicken lightly pan-fried to perfection in a delicate lemon wine sauce

Fish of the Day - Tilapia with a lemon dill sauce
Dessert - Cake with Coffee or Tea
